The Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 is the smallest 48V-capable controller in the SmartSolar family — also works on 12V and 24V. 20A of charge current, 100V max PV input, built-in Bluetooth. The standout feature versus the other small MPPTs is the 48V battery support, which makes this the budget pick for small 48V off-grid or backup-power experiments.

Maximum PV open-circuit voltage: 100V. Note: with a 48V battery, the controller needs at least ~60V from the panel array under load, so plan to wire two panels in series.
The 48V advantage
If you're building a 48V system, this is the most affordable Victron MPPT that supports it. For larger 48V arrays you'll want the SmartSolar 150/35, 150/45, or 150/60. But for proof-of-concept builds, small 48V backup-power setups, or supplementary solar on a 48V telecom site, the 100/20 is the cheapest way in.
