Why 100A transfer switches matter
Most MultiPlus and smaller Quattro units have 50A transfer switches — fine for typical RV pedestals and most residential generator subpanels. The 100A transfer switches on this Quattro mean you can pass through a full 100A breaker without the inverter being a bottleneck. Important when you're powering large loads like a heat pump, electric range, well pump, or workshop equipment, and don't want the inverter to limit your overall amperage.
