The Victron Phoenix Inverter 12/800 120V VE.Direct NEMA GFCI is the step up from the 500VA — 800VA output (650W continuous), 12V input, built-in NEMA 5-15R GFCI outlet, UL 458 marine certified. The right pick when 500VA isn't enough but you don't yet need the 1200VA size.
