The Victron Lithium SuperPack 12.8V/100Ah-a is the popular mid-size drop-in LiFePO4 battery — 100Ah usable capacity (equivalent to ~170Ah usable on a lead-acid AGM), built-in BMS, M8 terminals, and standard form factor for Group 31 lead-acid retrofit. The most common SuperPack size for RV and marine upgrades.
What "drop-in" actually means
- Works with your existing lead-acid charger — most lead-acid AGM profiles charge LiFePO4 safely (set to AGM profile)
- No external BMS — fully integrated; bolt on the cables and go
- Standard M8 terminals — robust for the higher current of larger inverter loads
- Replaces Group 31 lead-acid — same physical footprint
- ~12 kg (26 lb) — less than half the weight of a Group 31 lead-acid (~75 lb)
