The Victron GX Tank 140 turns your Cerbo GX into a complete tank monitoring system — connect up to four tank level senders (fresh water, gray water, black water, fuel, propane, etc.) and view them live in the VictronConnect app, on a GX Touch display, or remotely via VRM Portal.

Works with industry-standard 4–20 mA current senders and 0–10 V voltage senders from manufacturers like Wema, KUS, Centroid, and Gobius. Two channels also provide 24V sender power so you don't need an external power supply for most installs.

Why the GX Tank 140

  • Four independent channels — fresh, gray, black, and fuel on a single device. Each channel is independently configurable.
  • Two sender types supported — 4–20 mA (industry standard for marine and RV) and 0–10 V (some industrial and older senders).
  • Built-in 24V sender power — channels 1 and 2 power the sender directly. Channels 3 and 4 use an external supply via the included power-in terminal with fused outputs.
  • Adjustable scaling — upper and lower limits configurable per channel for senders that only output partial scale (e.g., 0.5–4.5 V).
  • Reading damping — averages readings over 1–60 seconds to eliminate slosh-induced jitter on moving vehicles or boats.
  • Sender fault detection — raises an alarm in VRM/VictronConnect when a sender reads out of range (broken wire, failed sensor, short).
  • VRM Portal integration — tank levels appear on your remote dashboard alongside battery and solar data.

Need a different sender type?

The GX Tank 140 handles 4–20 mA and 0–10 V senders, which covers most modern marine and RV equipment. If you have resistive senders (typical of older boats — 10–180 Ω or 240–33 Ω), you'll need either a resistive-to-voltage converter or a different interface. Call us before you buy and we'll confirm compatibility with your existing sender.

Every Jonsson Tech order ships within 5 days nationwide from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Free pre-purchase compatibility check — call 346-574-9652 or email support@jonssontech.net with your sender model numbers and we'll verify before you order.
