The Victron Blue Smart IP22 Charger 24/12 (1 Output) is the compact 24V version of the IP22 charger family — 12A multi-stage charging for 24V battery banks, built-in Bluetooth, single isolated output. The right pick for 24V sailboats and 24V off-grid systems with smaller battery banks (50–150Ah at 24V).
What 12A charges (at 24V)
- 100Ah AGM/lead-acid 24V bank — ~8 hours from depleted to full
- 150Ah AGM/lead-acid 24V bank — ~12 hours from depleted
- 200Ah LiFePO4 24V bank — ~17 hours (gentle charging extends cycle life)

Why 24V vs 12V chargers?
If your battery bank is 24V (typical on sailboats, larger marine, commercial mobile platforms), you need a 24V charger. A 12V charger won't work for a 24V bank — the output voltage is too low. Choose this 24V/12A charger for smaller 24V banks; step up to the 24/16 for mid-size banks.
