The Victron Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/15 (1 Output) is the popular entry to Victron's IP22 smart battery charger family — 15A multi-stage charging for 12V battery banks, built-in Bluetooth monitoring via VictronConnect, and IP22 indoor enclosure rating. Single output design for charging one battery bank at a time. Plug into any standard 120V outlet via the included NEMA 5-15 cord and you're ready to go.

What 15A charges

15A is the right charging rate for typical 12V battery banks under 200Ah. As a general rule:

  • 100Ah AGM/lead-acid bank — ~7 hours from depleted to full (recommended rate 10–20% of capacity)
  • 200Ah LiFePO4 bank — ~13 hours from depleted (lithium accepts up to 50% of capacity for fast charging)
  • 100Ah LiFePO4 — ~7 hours (gentle charging extends cycle life)
  • Maintenance / storage — perfect for keeping any size 12V bank topped off
