Your refrigerator doesn't care that the grid is down. Neither does your internet, your CPAP, or your freezer full of food. The Resilience Series keeps them running — and quietly cuts your electric bill every sunny day in between.

It plugs into an ordinary wall outlet. Your critical devices plug into it. That's the whole installation.

How it works

  1. Plug it in. A standard 120V outlet keeps the battery topped up. No electrician, no panel work, no permit, no utility paperwork.
  2. Set up the panels. Ground stand, fence, patio, or balcony rail. Solar charges the battery all day.
  3. Plug your gear into the unit. Fridge, router, freezer, fans, medical equipment — whatever you can't afford to lose.

When the battery is full, the unit disconnects itself from the wall and runs your devices on stored sunlight. When it runs low, it quietly reconnects and tops up. When the power goes out, nothing happens — your devices never notice. Transfer is instantaneous.

Why this instead of a box off Amazon

  • Victron inside. The same MultiPlus-II inverter/charger, SmartSolar MPPT, and Cerbo GX platform that runs offshore vessels, telecom sites, and expedition vehicles. Serviceable, documented, and supported for a decade — not a sealed appliance you replace when one cell fails.
  • LiFePO4 battery. Thousands of cycles, not hundreds. Safe chemistry, no thermal runaway risk.
  • Real monitoring. Victron VRM gives you live and historical data from your phone, anywhere. See exactly what you're producing, storing, and saving.
  • It grows. Add panels, add battery capacity, or roll the whole thing into a full off-grid system later. Nothing gets thrown away.
  • We configure it. Every unit is bench-tested and commissioned by a Victron authorized dealer before it ships. The charge logic, transfer thresholds, and current limits are tuned — not left at factory defaults.

Choose your size

Outlet — 12V

For renters, apartments, condos, and anyone protecting a short list of essentials. 12V architecture means it also drops straight into an RV or boat if you want it to travel.

  • Victron MultiPlus-II 12/3000 inverter/charger
  • Victron SmartSolar MPPT charge controller
  • 3.8 kWh LiFePO4 battery
  • 800W solar (2 panels)
  • Victron Cerbo-S GX + GX Touch 50 display
  • Runtime: fridge, router, and LED lighting for roughly 36–48 hours with no sun at all — indefinitely once the panels are catching light.

Circuit — 48V

For homeowners who want a serious outage box. More solar, more storage, more headroom for larger loads.

  • Victron MultiPlus-II 48/3000 inverter/charger
  • Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/45
  • 5.1 kWh LiFePO4 battery (expandable)
  • 1,800W solar (4 panels)
  • Victron Cerbo GX + GX Touch 70 display
  • Runtime: fridge, chest freezer, networking, and fans for around 2 days dark — effectively indefinite with sun.

Both models include

  • Inverter/charger, MPPT controller, battery, and solar modules
  • Cerbo GX monitoring with free VRM portal access
  • Class T battery protection, DC distribution, and all interconnect cabling
  • Rolling enclosure with face-mounted 20A outlets
  • Grid cordset for standard 120V receptacle
  • Solar mounting hardware and MC4 leads
  • Pre-commissioning, configuration, and VRM setup by our team
  • Written runtime worksheet for your specific load list

Good to know

  • Your devices plug into the unit. This is portable equipment — it is not wired into your home's electrical system, and it never sends power back to the grid. That's what makes it installable by anyone, anywhere, with no approvals.
  • Needs a dedicated 15A or 20A outlet. The unit draws up to 12A continuous while charging. Don't share the circuit with a space heater.
  • Solar output varies. Runtime figures assume Gulf Coast sun (~5.3 peak hours) and typical loads. We'll size it properly against your actual equipment list before you buy — just ask.
  • Not a whole-home generator. It protects the circuits that matter. If you want the whole house, talk to us about a permitted system instead.
